Hansen Street Children’s Centre acknowledges the many Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities as the traditional custodians of the land that we live, play and learn on and we pay our respect to the Elders past, present and emerging.
Our Philosophy
We pride ourselves on being a small, individualised service which views all children as valuable members of our community.
As a team we strive to provide a safe, warm, positive and constructive environment in which children can learn through play, stimulate their imaginations and become capable and confident little people.
We value the children, families and our staff input and we aim to provide stimulating learning experiences which will extend and develop all the children attending our service holistically.

Our kids love Hansen Street. They look forward to going to childcare which makes our lives easier. It is a relatively small centre where you get to know everyone. The staff are so caring and its like a big happy family, with our kids part of it. As parents we love the variety of food and the opportunity for outdoor play. I highly recommend it.
